A Busy Week in NYC

Busy busy…..buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

On Tuesday, I went to the Bag trend party! Had a wonderful gtime greeting and meeting bag designers. Pamela Pekerman was one of them. She had so many lovely bags! They had interesting talent which I hope fashion week will sit up and take notice for the Spring Fashion Week in September.
Eve and Cygalle are always a delight to see. I have the most relaxing back rub from the Cygalle health spa. I almost fell asleep!
I briefly talked to Gossip Guru Florence Anthony, who was waiting her turn for a massage. I gave her warning that they were so good she wouldn’t want to get up! In the end of such a hit party, they gave out gift bags. A nice treat.
Later that evening, Caren Adena, and I went to Henri Bentel Chocolate party where they had brownies and champane. I never can past up anything chocolate.

By Friday I needed a break. I went to Bergdoff Goodman for a nice seaweed body sweat. Then downstairs to the Chanel make-up session. I had a business dinner to go to and Yayaika Velazquez did my make-up. She has a talent in a half! Some of the other make-up artist stopped to come over to see her work. I was only to happy to be a canvas!

Lenni-Lenape Chief and I:

this was my first time dancing with the Lenape. i usually go back home near Mt Holly Reservation and a few other Pow-Wows down south. (some up north also) I have so much fun. iut ewas nice to see other Indian Nations including my own partisipating. It was a healing process for me to dance with new friends, and swapping stories. The fancy dancers and traditional dancers were enlightning to the crowd.
If you go on the powwow pages, you can see how many dancers there were. Now that I’m refreshed, it’s back to the modeling!!

Working out and getting fit for my shoot is stressing at times but fun. I’ll be modeling swimsuits for my friend Mable at Hong Kong international on 6th Ave. I haven’t seen the suits, but I’ve seen her clothes and the vibrant colors! I can’t wait for the shoot. It’s always a lot of fun working with her.

Meanwhile Bonnie from “the Rez” is talking about having her fashion show in October 2007, but still in Atlantic City. She is probably going to go accompany Caren, and I during fashion week.
