Now that fashion week is over and we got a chance to breathe, well… sort of Bridal week has started. After bridal week comes the red carpet events. Oh did I say we got a chance to breathe? Nope. That was a lie.

Rachellee, a talented stylist and writer will be presenting her stories in this magazine. She styled me for Sherry Hill’s fashion show in Jonano. It’s a beautiful black cocktail dress with flatters your figure. I wanted to take the dress home and keep it for myself. But that’s Jonano clothing line! Lots of eye popping flattering designs.

Bridal week is fun. You get to play dress up like you did when you were a little girl. Instead of using your sheets as a gown you get to try on and wear lovely gowns. Each one more beautiful than the next. Lots of showrooms and small intmate shows. Champaine and cake…

Back to NYC to the City that never sleeps and neither do I. And…… I LOVE it!!!

It’s funny how the time goes by fast. Just when the designers start to breathe again, BAMM here it comes again. But that’s what makes it such a rush, a high if you will. It ‘s a never ending process of creativity. Always learning developing ……. growing as a human being and artist.

We fashionistas live for it. The colors, cut, and excitement of it all. Who will be #1 in the Mens division, #1 in the women’s. Who will have the best gowns for red carpets and who will be wearing what during the Hampton, Aspen, ahhh yess

Gee what really is? Everything is happening so fast and furious! I have getting invites for some up and coming red carpet events. I love “working” Murano Artisans jewelry and Jonano clothing line. Reciently, I was at The Celebrity Lounge, visiting Jordan who is very good with L’Bel then ran over to Time Square for the Red Carpet. If the spring is going to be like this I better get ready for plenty of foot massages!

The Heart truth Show does an early kick off. Just the one show on Weds. Then the full week starts. Hang on dear readers…

Wow! I’ve been busy modeling for some great designers! One is out of LA, another out of Pennsylvania. and another one is from Italy!

The pictures from the Make Love Not trash are out. So are the Murano Artisian jewelry. The designer is at Columbus Circle in NYC right now with my picture up there. I’ll post them here as soon as I get them.

Now I’ll be shooting Jonano clothing line. She showed her clothes at LA fashion week. Fun Fun Fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s here! Mercedes-Benz fashion Week 2011. A new site and a new beginning.
I liked what they did inside. The space is more open. The tents are easy to get to. We don’t feel cramp while waiting to go into the show.
The guards like it out front. They can see better and are out of the weather.
When I asked around how everyone liked it. many agreed that it was nicer, but wish they had this much space a little closer in town.

In fairness, it was easy to get to. I stayed around 43 street. And took the 1 train uptown. Caren did all the downtown shows. I only did one, Bebe. And that one I really was looking forward to. I love shopping at their stores and was anxious to see what they were going to have walk the runway. I wasn’t disappointed.

Best in show? George Chakra. He did it again. people couldn’t stop talking about his clothes. I found myself wanting almost every outfit. Between him and Chanel I don’t know what to do with myself!

Loris Diran clothing line is another people were talking about His clothes are for everyone. Wearable, fun and creative, he always out does himself every year. I just had to get him on video to ask him how he does it. and the who’s who came out to see his presentation.

Some shows we missed due to over-lapping time periods, and the new location of the tents. We are sorry we missed them.

As you know I live in Atlantic City. So at least I’m getting a cool ocean breeze right? WRONG!!!!!!!!!!

Guys it is HOT. You can’t do anything in this heat. Riding the horses? Too hot. They get hosed down and fans kept on them.

Go fishing? Too hot by the water. The fish even have fans on them

Working in the garden? Let me tell you, I’m three shades darker on my face arms and hands without even trying. And it’s not helping my skin so I cover up a great deal and wear cotton.

Modeling has slowed down. Going for movies has slowed as well. I think everyone is just staying cool and drinking lots of fruit smoothies!

Most of the people I know are in the Hamptons. Laying out by the pool or on the hot white sands..

Now that the weather has slid into spring, it’s back riding my horses! One thing about riding it gets me fit and help my posture. I still do the hunter course at the farm but once in a while I get on my jumper and hit the higher fences.
I just had to stick in one of the chickens at the farm. Does he have a cool look?
The cat belongs to my friend Rebekah. This is how to relax after reading a good book! LOL!!!!
